PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 - File Parser and Transaction Management question

I have 2 questions

1 - File Parser is set with a Preferred First Name field mapped from the incoming file in the Primary Name record. the staging tables load fine but the preferred name does not populate for the Applicant after Transaction Management is run the the Applicant record is created. Is there something special that needs to be done for this data to get updated or is that just how the process works?

2 - We have File Parser set with up to 3 Historical Schools and their corresponding degree info how ever only the first school in the list populates. None of the subsequent schools data is even loaded into the staging tables
