Composite Menu pane isn't reflecting correct version and giving error

Hi Team,

The Menu from Navigator, 'Paid services -A9' has got a version UKZ0015 (screenshot 1) whereas in the composite menu pane the same application has got a wrong version (ZJDE0001) (screenshot2).

Upon clicking the application 'Paid services - A9' in menu pane I'd received an error, "An error occured trying to execute your fastpath command. Result is null".

I had tried to built the menu from P90013 but it did not work. what could be the root cause for the issue? Thanks in advance!
