Import Seedcopyimport running too long after workspace migration in target environment

Hi

We are 20.10 we are export repo from dev2 environment(After migrating from workspace from 1st Dev1 to Dev2 after doing activate) and while importing to ST environment, we are facing issue in SeedCopyImport step and it is running for long time and no log getting generated. Kindly help.
