Write F4211 record into F42199

Hi,

We have a custom batch updating the F4211.NXTR. We want to insert the latest status into F42199 when ever the batch updates F4211.NXTR.

We had an issue where standard sales order edit business functions are removing the values in user reserved fields. So I am not sure If we can use the bsfn B4201220 ( Update F4211 and F42199). Is there any bsfn available just to insert F4211 record into F42199.
