Is there any solution that do not consider lot expiration time stamp?

For example: the lot expiration date is '23-NOV-2021 00:00:00', and system date is '23-NOV-2021', that is, the lot expiration date is equal to system date, system will show the lot is expired now. But in our actual operation, the lot with expiration date '23-NOV-2021' should still be valid instead of expired.
