Expenditure Inquiry All Doesn't validate Security Profile Setup for Responsibility

Hi

We have HR Security Profile defined to Limit Access depending on the HR Security Profile assigned to the Responsibility.

This is working perfectly fine while access Projects and data in Expenditure Inquiry> Projects where it is limiting access of data depending on the Profile setup.

However, when we use the same responsibility but instead of using Expenditure Inquiry> Projects, we use Expenditure Inquiry> All, system returns data even for Project that belongs to PRoject Owning Organization that are not within the HR Security Profile linked to responsibility.

Is it standard functionality or are we missing anything ?
