How to retrieve EPM Groups with REST API?

Hello everyone,

IHAC who has installed EPM Classic Cloud. I am retrieving data through REST API, and I noticed that there is a User Group report, and a User Audit report, but there is not Group report.

I want to retrieve all the groups, even if the group has 0 users.

Do you know if there is any way to do this?

And if there is , how?
