Mexico AP withholding taxes management

Hi all

in order to manage the WTH Tax at the moment in which we register the voucher we have setup one composed tax like following

when we type the voucher we received the following errors But when I type the voucher, I got the next messages: 

Taxable amount greater than gross (Error ID 2528)

Tax amount greater than gross (Error ID 2527) 

have you any ideas of a different way to manage wth taxes on vouchers registering ?
