Contract Sequence Number Not Updating

We have varied instances of Contract Detail pages not updating to a new sequence when contract-related data changes occur, and wondering if anyone else has this experience and knows the cause.

Quite often we create Job Data sequence rows changes that should adjust the contract amount. This includes when the changes are not retroactive, meaning we have not yet processed the next pay period's contract into a payroll. But this also includes certain payroll actions. Examples include:

• Rate changes during contract renewal (e.g. process the renewal, then immediately add a sequence row to increase the contract amount via Job Data compensation)
