Preventing concurrent enrollment in a single term

Hello,

One of our colleges has asked if we can configure an enrollment requirement group (or anti-requisite) that will prevent concurrent enrollment of 2 different courses in the same term.

I found the information below on My Oracle Support with the configuration details for how to configure it to stop if the student has completed one of the courses but in this case, the student will not have completed either of the courses. I did setup an anti-requisite as directed but it does not prevent the enrollment in both the of courses.
