How to Create Project Accounting Read Only Responsibility

Hi 

I am looking to create Read Only Responsibility for Project Accounting 

I came across below note 315762.1, which I understand only works for HR Responsibility 

The workaround for other Application is to decide which functions should be made available through this "read only" System Administrator responsibility, and make copies of all these functions 

with a parameter QUERY_ONLY="YES" for each of them. Then, assign all of them to a menu and attach it to the read only responsibility.

I was wondering if there any other options available
