What Version of JAVA 8 is Supported/Recommended for FSAL use on Forms 12.2.1.4.0

What Version of JRE 8 on each Client machine is BOTH supported by Oracle and recommended by Oracle for use with FSAL (Forms Standalone Launcher) on Forms 12.2.1.4.0 ?

(Also same question for JDK 8)

Running on Windows 10 client machines.
