Transaction unsuccessful when tendering using card using Tap method
Store person attempted a Tap to Pay on Register 2. According to the store , the transaction went through on the PINPAD and got APPROVED message, but Xstore returned a decline message.
Store person tried second time and still got the same issue. Although the PINPAD said approved, the register paused for a minute and returned Decline. Transaction Unsuccessful. .
The 3rd payment was made by Debit card and the transaction was successful.
Below is the message we are seeing from the EFT logs and the payment gateway client is using is "Tender Retail"
Could you please share some inputs what could be the cause for this issue ?
