GL Web ADI Errors - Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10

We recently upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. We have user base who rely heavily on Web ADI to upload manual entries. The below 3 scenarios worked successfully in 12.1.3, but is resulting in errors in 12.2.10. Appreciate if you can share any pointers to resolve these scenarios.

- Multi Work Sheet Error : After downloading the template, some of our users copy the template as an additional work sheet in the same work book. Oracle Upload menu is not carried over to the new work sheet. It display's standard excel menu. Oracle Menu is visible only on the main work sheet. Reading through metalink / oracle community, we set BNE: Enable OOXML Standard is set to 'No'. This resolve the multi work sheet issue, but resulted in another issue.
