On JD Edwards 9.2, How to set up payroll for out of state remote working employee?

We have our first out of state remotely working employee. I was able to set up the new state and it appears that the correct taxes are being withheld. We noticed that now the accrual for Sick time, and Vacation time for that employee has stopped calculating. Does anyone know what would cause that and how to fix?
