Is it possible to turn off Exception Risks in the Expense module

We are not using the full Fluid today and will be upgrading to PUM40; the Exception Risks is one of the enhancements. We use the Approval tile which is one of the fluid options, and the Risks are showing on the approvals pages. Is it possible to turn off the Exception Risks for the Expense Module?
