Is there a way Manager can ignore or remove attendance violations reported for a employee?

We have enabled Attendance tracking in our system. I wanted to know if there is a way Manager\Admin can remove attendance tracking or ignore them if an employee has punched in late.

It keeps on showing on the timesheet unless punch time is corrected and time admin is run.
