Plastic Packaging Tax

Hi,

British government will introduce a new tax in April 2022 for non recyclable plastic used for packaging.

In particular it would be 200GBP per purchased tonne. The new tax should be generated as a new non stocking line on the purchase order when the plastic packaging is ordered and the extended amount should be automatically calculated based on the ordered quantity of the plastic material.

As far as we know there aren't any standard ways (landed costs, accruals, kits, free goods) to address this request in 9.20. Also we raised an SR to ask if Oracle is planning to develop something and the answer was negative.
