User Defined Report - New Standard UI - Unable to edit query lines

We just updated to version 21.11. Using the new Standard User Interface (UI) when creating a user-defined report I noticed that I was unable to modify a query line once I create it. I had to delete it and then create a new line or switch over to the Classic UI. Was this intended or a bug?

We should be able to modify the query line without having to delete it and recreate it.
