why does autoupgrade (v 21.3.211115) 12.2.0.1 to 19.13.0 fails with DEPLOY_JOB_VALIDATIONS?

Hello all,

has anyone experienced this before?

Upgrade Standard Edition Database 12.2.0.1 to 19.13 on Oracle Linux 7.9 using autoupgrade (Version 21.3.211115) is failing ith the message "Precheck failed for ..., manual intervention needed for the below checks   [DEPLOY_JOB_VALIDATIONS]".

The details to the failed validations are "Validating the contents of the file glogin.sql" and "Error connecting to the DB ..."

Neither the 12c Home nor the 19c Home/sqlplus/admin contains a glogin.sql File. I deleted it after reading about it on mikedietriechde.com. And in the log file are the two lines: ] - JobLogger.logUpgradeConfig

2021-11-22 14:21:03.817 INFO File /u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0.1/db_1/sqlplus/admin/glogin.sql does not exist - GLoginLogger.logGlogin
