Re-hire life event Timeliness Days does not match with actual event

Hello,

The re-hire life event Timeliness Days does not match with actual event days. The configuration in system showing for Timeliness Days value to 45 days to make elections but enrollment opportunities period allows only 30 days. How can be possible? Please let me know what to look to fix this.
