Batch Enrollment Not Setting Enrolled to 'N' when ending enrollments and none enrolled

in HCM - JDE1 (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

After running Batch Enrollment in final, the 'Enrolled' on the Plan Master still shows 'Y' when there are no employees enrolled. Batch enrollment is properly ending employee record and there are no employees with active DBAs for the Plan but status of enrolled stays at 'Y'.

Subsequently, can end Plans within Categories and edit Plan master with ending date.

Has anyone had this issue on the Plan Master screen after running Batch Enrollment to end enrollments?
