crtctl command shows ora.ASMNET1LSNR_ASM.lsnr in INTERMEDIATE mode

Hello

Our DB system consists of Oracle 18c RAC on a 2-node cluster. After a recent rebuild of it, the command

crsctl stat res -t

shows, among other nominal items:

# Name Target State Server State details

# ---------------------------------------------------

# Local Resources

# ---------------------------------------------------

# ora.ASMNET1LSNR_ASM.lsnr

# ONLINE INTERMEDIATE db-n1 STABLE

# ONLINE INTERMEDIATE db-n2 STABLE


This appears to inhibit RMAN from executing.

Any help much appreciated.
