Locked object on instance is blocking session

Good morning,

we have in our monitoring zabbix a problem with a messagge on " Locked object on (instance) has value 904 is blocking 332 .

I checked on Toad to know more about this blocking session and I discovered the SID of the one that is blocking this process.

On attached files, you can see the query result that , and there is possible to see the one that is blocking and the one that is blocked, but I don't know more about this process and if it is possible to kill it.
