Unable to add product name while creating technical SR

Hi,

I'm trying to create a technical SR from My Oracle Support account but I could not add the product name, the proposed list is empthy . And whe I try to write somthing (Oracle for exemple) I get the message bellow:

Knowing that I have the access to create SR as shown bellow:
