[Xstore Office] How to add a new Broadcaster in Xadmin UI

Hi,

there is any way to add a new broadcaster via Publish Poslog data function. I did review check on User guide. In Cloud version , it is mentioned in the session - Broadcaster Management. However, on premise I don't see any way to add new broadcaster . Please help!. Thanks
