Trouble at getting the value of a performance measure in calculation details (manage earnings)

in Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC) Question

I created a performance measure, and inserted it in a plan componnent. When I get the calculation details (in manage earnings) I cant see this PM in the list of PM's. Is there a requirement for a PM appear in this list?
