Adding SourceIP to Access Control across multiple access realms

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to block a single SourceIP from accessing any access realms, is there a way to block the SourceIP from all access realms without creating a individual Access-Control config per access realm? i.e. by wildcarding the source realm
