OSB BUI can't login after password admin user changed

Hi,

Can you help and tell me how to resolve the issue belows:

I changed the password admin user on Oracle Secure Backup ver 18:

'1- CLI: obtool> chuser -C yes admin

'2- BUI>Configure>Users:

>Select "Change Password" button for admin user

>logout

3- BUI: relogin with new password admin user -> login unsucessfull.

i tried to:

  • Enter wrong password -> system reported : "Error: Invalid credentials"
  • Enter Correct password -> system reported : "Error: Please enter your username and password"

4-CLI: obtool> relogin new password admin user -> Normal
