Setting up Yum Server on Oracle Linux 8

Is there any KB or manual, I have got some problem during setting up yum server. Do my yum sever must need to subscribe Oracle ULN? I have configured the server to get the update from Oracle. But what's next to configure in order to allow clients to use the update?
