Use of predefined translations for BI Publisher

Hey,


I have done my BI Publisher Reports settings according to this documentation https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/idm/identity-governance/12.2.1.3/omdev/configuring-reports.html#GUID-144BC6F6-3F9A-47CB-819E-1CBD5B3EE32D, however I am not able to use use the translation provided in that zip. (Namely the OIM11gR2BIP11g_hu.xlf) Is there anything else I should set up to be able to use these predefined translations?


Moreover I have tried to translate my reports manually but I encounter the following error message when I try to upload an XLIFF:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /u02/app/oracle/config/domains/bip_domain/bidata/components/bipublisher/repository/Reports/Oracle Identity Manager/Access Policy Reports/Access Policy Details.xdo/Access Policy Details_hu.xlf (Permission denied)[[
