oracle AQ$ hung

hey all,

Have an issue with a hung sys.AQ$_PLSQL_NTFN_2404198679 scheduler job.

THis is the only one, there has been more AQ$ jobs that ran fine.

All the oracle support requires a good bit to clear the "issue" and this is prod and would rather not do the whole process. Is it possible that we can just kill this process without causing major issue?

I dont think we are experiencing the bug, I think it was just bad process
