Cleared Receipt is not available in the Manual Unclear transactions form

EBS 12.1.3

We have an AR Receipt that we need to reverse. We cannot do that as the Receipt is status Cleared (It is also Reconciled.)

In bank Statements > Manual Clearing > Unclear Transaction I can enter the Receipt and the system finds it in thefirst form but clicking 'Find' opens up the lines form with no data so I cannot unclear it.

No rows...

I could see the receipt reconciled to a bank statement and i was able to unreconcile it.

But the problem remains - the receipt is still cleared and I cannot find it in the manual unclear form.
