Split same requisition line on two Purchase Orders

My company is integrating a third-party application with EBS, more precisely the iProcument module. Implementing that integration, i came across a business rule where a requisition line is split on two suppliers.

We know that we can't put the same requisition line in two Purchase Orders via PDOI, the PDOI ends in error, raising a error with description like "Error: The referenced requisition line is not available in pool.", meaning that the requisition is already in use by another Purchase Order. But through the sourcing and some forms is possible to split these lines, it automatically create two requisition lines with the splited quantity.
