Dashboard Creation - cannot change Show Filter checkbox

I am trying to create a dashboard. I have added two tabs, but the dashboard doesn't save the Show option when I click the checkbox. It also doesn't give me any error message.

Also, since I currently don't have anything under Workspaces, I was trying to not show the Workspaces tab. But unchecking it doesn't save either.

I am using version 21.10
