Fluid timesheet - no more elapsed timesheet option for punch employees?

We have punch employees who can only punch at the clock, with no other time entry access in the system. Their supervisor enters all other time reporting codes for them on the timesheet, e.g. vacation, sick, etc. In classic, the supervisors could easily enter 2 weeks of vacation for a punch employee by using the Elapsed timesheet view. This is no longer available in Fluid - the supervisor would now need to add 10 individual lines on the Punch timesheet, which will take much more time than before...

To those who have implemented (or are in the process of implementing) Fluid Timesheet - did you do anything special to make this more usable for the supervisors of punch employees? We have some ideas, but are curious what others have done.
