Student Enrollment Appointment

Good afternoon!

I have cornered myself in an issue in the Student Enrollment Appointment in Campus Solution Peoplesoft, the problem is that I try to enroll the students in a class using appointments but it doesn't respect the time I set, I have already mark the check for self service, and the student can enroll normally but not respecting the appointment schedule.
