Unable to extend "Human Resources Command Centre Person Search" at last step of OAF Personalization

I am trying to extend "Human Resources Command Centre Person Search". I am just trying to add a new dashboard through ECC Developer responsibility. Everything is successfully done but at the last step am unable to do OAF Personalization to replace new page with the old one. Is it possible to extend this command centre or not?
