Failed to upgrade my Oracle Cloud Account to PAID type

Hullo Team,

I have been running the APEX Application Development Service.

My Trial period expired on 25th-Nov-2021 and since then I have been trying to upgrade to Paid but failed.

I have gone to my Oracle cloud account under Governance & Administration >> Cost Management >> Payment Method >> Pay As You Go (Account Type) >> Add Credit Card. After adding my credit card details and clicking Finish, the dialog page says Loading....but never finishes.

What should I do ?? I need to add my Payment Method and upgrade my account to Paid before I lose my data.

The Oracle support team is not helping me at all. They refer me to shop.oracle.com where I have been and still cannot get my credit-card details uploaded.
