OL7 setroubleshoot daemon not running

I ran a yum install setroubleshoot and setroubleshoot-server, rebooted and don't see the setroubleshoot daemon running. Also, sealert messages are not populating in either audit.log or messages. Is there a known issue with these yum packages on Oracle Linux 7?
