Issue with Cycle count Update

Hi.. Please help on the below queries

  1. Trying to do cycle count update for an entry but the PDF shows error message as "Error occurred writing transactions".. Pls help to explain this error? Checked in WC but no relevant information
  2. Can we create cycle count using an item which is of stock type O in both Item master and Item/BP
  3. Can we do any inventory transactions without account master setup- be it IA or cycle count?
