APEX 21.2 Out of date JavaScript libraries: desktop_all.min.js

We performed a Technical Security Assessment on an APEX 21.2 Application and the assessment came back with: Out of date JavaScript libraries: desktop_all.min.js 

Is there an updated desktop_all.min.js??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
