Planning - Data Management load not accumulating data

I have a load file which as multiple values posting to the same planning intersection but the values are not accumulating in the load process only one value is exporting.

Only the first line - value 2,072.01 is loading to the planning application.

I previously used FDM with HFM and was able to load an accumulated value, how can this be achieved in Data Management.
