Able to send test connection but asset do not recover to active

Hi all

I have an issue, i have several assets but 1 asset is not able to recover to active despite sending multiple test connections and heartbeat. All the services are running properly. Is there any way i can reflect on my system that it have recovered?

Checking ASR Manager status ..

PASS: ASR Manager (pid 21314) is RUNNING.

PASS: ASR Manager bundles state is active.

PASS: ASR Manager SNMP listener is running (SNMP port 162).

PASS: ASR Manager HTTP receiver is running (HTTP port 8777).

PASS: ASR Manager version 21.1.0.

PASS: ASR Manager database connectivity is working.

PASS: ASR Manager Registration SSO user name is set correctly.
