Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I've faced with Bug 31933451 - High "row Cache Mutex" Waits (Doc ID 31933451.8).

there is patch exists for 19.1 to 19.11 but there is no patch for 19.12 exsists.

what should I do?

my environment:

os : oracle linux 7.9

database : rac 2 nodes 19.12
