R12.2.5-Added a NEW Tax Regime. Tax is applied for both regime.

Hello,

I am adding New tax regime for VAT to be applied for UK in Europe OU. I have created New Regime code, Tax, Tax Status, Tax jurisdictions, Tax rate and tax rule. If we do business with UK customer we want to charge UK VAT. We already have one Regime to rate for Europe. I am doing testing and when I enter AR transaction I am selecting new tax rate for new Regime code. when I check tax tab, I see tax is applied for both regime.

Could someone please tell me how to resolve this?
