PO Budget Date needs to be reset to correct date

I am a technical user and a request has come from the functional side in regards the budget dates on a PO.

The budget date is incorrect and the budget is encumbered. WE have Commitment Control enabled and super user assigned.

We do not know how to change the budget date on the PO under budget information on the distribution for schedule 1 page.

Where do you go to change this date? I have reviewed peoplebooks but I do not find the navigation.

Could someone set me on the right path?
