SBC 8.4.0 patch 7 makes changes to INVITE, is this normal?

Upgrading customer system from 8.4.0 p3 to p7 breaks outgoing SIP INVITE.

In 8.4.0 p3 contact and SDP are including this information:

in SDP

           Media Description, name and address (m): audio 16522 RTP/AVP 96 97 8 98 100 99

           Bandwidth Information (b): AS:80

           Media Attribute (a): fmtp:96 mode-change-capability=2; max-red=0

           Media Attribute (a): rtpmap:97 AMR/8000

When upgrading to 8.4.0 p7 (naturally, no changes to SBC configuration) we lose in Contact the user-phone-number part
