Query -JDE 32 and 64 bit package build.

Hello,

Question 1-Suppose we are on 9.2.5.4 and with 32 bit , also 19c is installed.

can we able to build the package for client and server from deployment client .

Question 2 -Similar above question but with 64 bit.

Question 3- R9621S and R9621C will come on deployment server or any changes is there.

Please explain it in details all the above asked question.
