How to find out when a bug is due to be fixed?

We are kind of new to JDE E1 so not sure I am in the right place to ask this. We are wondering when the fix for bug 32993312 is due to be released? The status is 11 which it says means In Development. This bug is causing a stumbling block for us right now and really need it fixed. Can someone tell me when or where to go to look please?
